A SNAPSHOT OF OUR WORK

A new UK energy company Vice President needed to bring together the HSE team they inherited to bond, align and resolve issues impacting their performance. A team performance diagnostic was used to capture their feedback and a facilitated ‘safe space workshop’ enabled the team to open-up, share and discuss sensitive issues. They agreed a plan and quick wins to raise their game to support the business as trusted and capable advisors.

A multi-billion dollar mega project, involving multiple construction, engineering and technology companies, reached a critical milestone ahead of restarting commercial operations. Leading Lights delivered a turn-key solution to capture the collective insight of 120 onshore/ offshore personnel and facilitated 4-days of workshops for 60 leaders to ‘work the plan’ and resolve critical people, operational and technical issues. Team skills and behaviours were tested through our experiential F1 pitstop challenge.

A global technology company needed to rapidly assess the effectiveness of a critical business function. Deploying an online diagnostic, the Leading Lights team remotely captured the function’s combined insight across 5 regions. Following analysis, a facilitated 2-day offsite brought the international leadership team together to share their opinions, issues and ideas, and debate and build a priority action plan.
